Very convenient and reliable.
La conexión que ofrece Japan Wireless es muy cómoda de usar. se configura en minutos y permite dar conexión a varias personas a la vez, sólo portando el aparato, no más grande que un móvil. En mi caso, lo usábamos todo el día, y la batería aguantaba la conexión continua, incluso de adolescentes viendo todo el día vídeos.... Además, trae una batería portátil, que si llevas cargada, te permite añadir más horas de conexión sin pasar por casa.
Tuve un problema en la carga desde la batería portátil, y me enviaron en un día otro set al hotel, con lo que tuvimos dos aparatos todo el viaje por el mismo precio.
En general la conexión es buena en todo Japón, nosotros viajamos en coche por zonas de poca cobertura, y aun así, no tuvimos problemas.
Japan Wireless responde, es fácil de usar. Muy recomendable para tener internet para un grupo.
Good service and good connection
Picked up the Pocket Wifi on 3rd floor - we arrived on 2nd floor Haneda Terminal 3. Easy to find and return - of course I had to go back and learn how to operate the Pocker Wifi, since it is upgraded from last time. Also got the translator but I really did not stay long enough to make good use of it. Easy to return. May get ESIM next time which they also carry.
Great company with excellent service. Every year I order from the device while on a business trip to Japan. This time I was sick and could not return the router in time, however I was kindly allowed to return the device later. Thank you very much for such service!
