Steady connection and very good battery life

Used the service for 7 days in the Osaka, Kansai region - would definitely recommend it, ordering and activation were simple and straightforward. Always had good service and speeds and easier to deal with than collecting a pocket WiFi. Would definitely use the service again and recommend it to anyone travelling to the Kansai region

Very good use,easy to order ,pick up and return.We got connected very well except when travelling to Yokohama by train ,otherwise WiFi pocket help us to make travel Japan easier

It was a very pleasant experience. The pocket WIFI was delivered promptly. The WIFI service was fast and robust- not once the service was dropped regardless of location (Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka.) It was also convenient to return it at Narita aiport post box. I highly recommend Japan Wireless without any qualifications.
