Excellent experience & service! Couldn't ask for anything better when traveling!

Easy booking online, consistent and convenient pick up option at Fukuoka Airport International Terminal. Connections were very good. Only had two instances where the internet connect did not work, and one MS Teams meeting where the video skipped and lagged.

Easy to pick up and return, worked well for our whole trip

Excellent product, never had an issue.
Perfect wifi coverage and battery life.

What a great experience, we picked it up at the airport, opened the box and turned it on and were connected before we left the airport. Return was very simple and easy. This is a must have for visitors to Japan

Stopped working for 1 of the 2 users for 2 days mid rental period. No guidance on troubleshooting. Then started working again.

Good experience over all, will def use again!

Worked perfectly, I would recommend it.

Tout simplement parfait, récupéré à l’aéroport, connecté immédiatement.
Rapide, efficace bien organisé…
Merci.

Great service. Used 3 times. WiFi waiting at my hotel every time. Best price and top rate service each time.
