Simple, functional and great help. I met tourists from Germany who lost themselves. I gave them a Wi Fi password and they found the way to the hotel. I recommend to every tourist in Japan.

the best wifi device for Japan¡ incredible service :)

The wifi was fast and lasted quite a few hours. When the battery ran out, I just had to plug it into the power bank and I would be back in business. However, there were a few times I had to restart the wifi on my phone after the portable wifi ran out of battery. It was easy to mail the device back via mail.

I would recommend Japan Wireless very highly! It was so easy and convenient to pick up at the post office, and then at the end of my stay I just posted it in the provided package.

The coverage was great, and the pocket wifi itself kept its charge for a long time. It even came with a portable power bank!

Very good wifi service. Able to fix problem really fast when there is an issue.

Service delivered as promised. Wireless was at hotel for pick up, and the 2nd power source was helpful as we used wifi for everything. The return directions were clear and easy. Would recommend this company and will use again.
