I've used Japan Wireless' service for 10 years now, every trip I've gone to Japan and, throughout that time it's always been excellent, not only that they're always improving their service as well with new better machines, with longer battery life and such. 10/10 would and am recommending it to everyone I know.

The experience with Japan Wireless was seamless and very pleasant. The pocket wifi unit was ready to be picked up at the airport when we arrived at Narita. The package came with a backup battery pack that was a pleasant surprise and very useful. The unit worked seamlessly during our visit and the whole family used it without any issues. The dropoff at the Japan Post office in Narita was seamless as well.

Overall, very happy with the choice to rent the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. Will do that again next time we are in Japan.
