This is my second time using a Japan Wireless portable router and I will continue to use them. Good coverage despite being surrounded by the tall buildings of downtown Tokyo, and the battery lasted all day with fairly heavy usage. The only time it was spotty and had shorter battery life was in the valleys surrounding Mt. Takao, but that’s to be expected. Overall good product

Great product. Wifi worked even in ski fields. Easy to pick up and activate, clear instructions on where to drop off at end of trip. No hassles, no drama.

Having the wireless mobile connection was great, it helped us to enjoy our vacation.

Llegó a tiempo, como habiamos acordado, la devolución por servicio postal fue rapidisima y la empresa lo notificó rápidamente.
Su uso era como las especificaciones, unas 8 horas y con la powerbank unas 8 más. No hubo ningun tipo de problema con la cobertura ni con la velocidad del WiFi.

I have rented from Japan Wireless for years. Their products and services are simply superior. As a business person traveling in Japan, I have to be able to connect multiple devices simultaneously, such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops, and I need a solid signal all the time. JW's mobile wifi is small (so adds no bulk) and keeps everything powered all day, so no need to worry about having to tend to the wifi unit.
