It was functionally good. It can be used almost everywhere in Tokyo. Good quality. We expect eSIM to be offered soon. It should be more handy.

We rented this Wi-FI router for 10 days during our trip to Japan. We had 3 Phones and 3 I Pads connected . We had no problem of connection and it worked perfectly all the time. We arranged to receive the router in our Hotel and returned it at the airport when we left. Excellent service. Recommended

Had a great experience from ordering through to returning. The kiosk was easy to find upon arrival at Haneda and the connection was strong throughout our whole stay in Japan. Would definitely use again. Thank you!

So convenient with excellent service! I'll definitely use them again on my next visit to Japan!

Hassle-free operation from start to finish. Easy to book a unit, collect from airport, operate throughout Japan, drop-off at post office before leaving. Comes with everything you need - charging cable, spare battery and case. 10/10 would use again. Thanks for a brilliant offering.

10/10 service and customer support.

Thank you for the great connection and speed of the Wifi. Worked great in most of the subways too! Will definitely use Japan Wireless again for our next visit!!

Whenever I visit Japan with my family, I always use their wifi. It’s easy to claim at the airport and drop off at the post office. The signal is good also.

Very convenient, on time delivery, complete instructions from delivery, to use, to return. Great connection. Overall i am happy with my experience.

Despite ordering the night before I arrive in Japan, I received the WiFi packs at the hotel as soon as I arrived. Surprised at the efficiency. Returning process was also very simple. It’s great.
