Highly recommend this if you are looking for pocket wifi in japan. our initial flight got cancelled so we ended up flying in after the booth closed. they sent someone to hand deliver the wifi to our airbnb the next day! will use again next time i'm in japan

Japan Wireless’ service is excellent! Big help for us during our 15days (Dec 23, 2022 to Jan 4, 2023) vacation in Japan! They ate very reliable. Connections excellent! After-service and concern beyond excellent! We will definitely and highly recommend this to other travellers in Japan. Everything that we ordered was delivered to the hotel. Returning Wi-Fi was effortless. I would recommend this service to all that travel to Japan from Hawaii.

Used the product on a ski trip to Hokkaido, including a road trip to the northern tip and down the east coast and it didn’t miss a beat. I wasn’t sure whether 500mb daily limit would be enough, but it was plenty for web browsing, maps, banking etc - so very happy. I have ordered a second SIM for the next month.

The modem was very helpful. It served us well. The whole arrangement for pick-up and drop-off system is ver convenient, as total strangers to Japan, we had no problem at all.
