Highly recommend this company for a pocket wi-fi! We used it for a17 day trip throughout Japan and was so easy and had great coverage. Also easy pickup and drop off. Thank you!

Traveling from USA. Pick up/drop off was very easy. Battery life and coverage was great. Would definitely use them again the next time we visit Japan.

Rented Japan premkum wireless from Dec 31, 2023 -Jan 7, 2023. This unit helped us alot to navigate around Japan. Connection is stable and power bank inclusion is so helpful. Thanks will recommend to my friends

Overall I had no big problems with it. It did seem to disconnect around some areas I passed while on the bullet train and some underground places. But it definitely was a big help in getting from place to place and keeping in touch with people while I was out. The battery pack extended the time I could use it, which allowed me to use it basically all day until I got back to my hotel. I will definitely use it again when I come back to Japan.

I visited Japan for 10 days and this was handy the entire time I was there. It lasted throughout the day (around 12-14 hours) and the signal was pretty good. I was able to message, scroll through social media, and navigate throughout the city. It was easy to pick up at a post office and drop off at the airport. Would use again when I visit Japan.

Connection was great, apart from the occasional slow data in crowded places.

Extremely convenient delivery to my hotel; excellent internet service/connection; easy return. I would definitely get this service when I return to Japan.

Contratamos el business wifi de Japan Wireless gracias a las reviews en internet y volvería a contratar el paquete y servicio. El módem 4G tuvo cobertura el 100% del tiempo, es verdad que la batería del mismo se queda corta si haces uso intensivo, de modo que tienes que llevar la batería externa y yo añadiría que si llevas el cargador también es buena idea por si puedes recargar en la comida/cena en algún restaurante.

Y tanto la recogida como la devolución fueron extraordinarias. Cierto que pedimos entrega en el hotel a la llegada, pero la devolución del paquete no puede ser más fácil y eficiente, solo tienes que meter en un sobre preparado todo y depositarlo en un buzón de correos. Y tienes uno en la zona de facturación de Narita... Simplemente perfecto.
