We always use Japan Wireless whenever we visit Japan. The pick up and drop off are quick and easy, and the WiFi is small and works reliably. We definitely recommend!

Easy to pick up, use and return!

It was great and the process was very quick and easy! I was able to have service everywhere on the trip!

Great service and battery life! Easy to use and set up.

Been with japan wireless since 2008! Always excellent and hassle free service

Worked perfectly Price-performance ratio was also okay

We rented a pocket wifi for our 9 day trip to Tokyo and could not have been happier with the product and service. The package was waiting for us upon arrival at our hotel, with easy to follow instructions, and a return envelope. The wifi worked flawlessly for our entire trip. Highly recommend!

My experience with Japan Wireless was outstanding! I compared pricing to use an International provider plan or Japan Wireless, and the pocket Wifi was less expensive. The pocket wifi & charger was waiting at my Tokyo hotel upon arrival & the had total ease with set-up. A pre-labeled envelope was provided to easily return the items the day of my departure from Japan. Would both recommend or use again if visiting Japan!

Great service, lean pick up and easy return, reliable device and solid connection, excellent value for money.

We booked it through the website and picked it in Osaka airport, it worked perfectly (a couple of times one of us lost the connection and we just restarted it). Never used the free power bank as the pocket wifi lasted from morning to evening (but we used it for our own phones). Sent back in Narita (Post box 2F IIRC) before leaving. Absolutely recommended!
