We used the portable WiFi unit all over Japan and the service was very reliable and fast. The battery lasted a long time and we were given a portable battery for additional charging when needed. We connected 2 devices and everything worked smoothly. Definitely the most cost effective option for groups and couples!

Happy with the service

I recently used Wireless Japan's mobile Wi-Fi service during my trip, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The mobile Wi-Fi worked everywhere I went. The price was great. Additionally, the process for picking up and returning the device was incredibly simple and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Pocket WiFi worked well for me while vacation in Hokkaido. I was able access the internet throughout my trip & was able to use my translation app at every shopping post. I will definitely order another one on my next trip to Japan. Aloha.
