As a tourist, I’d recommend this to everyone visiting Japan. Internet connection is reliable, claiming and returning is hassle-free. Only suggestion I’d give is that I hope they could check the power banks that comes along with the portable wifi. The one that we had needed changing as it wasn’t charging the wifi anymore. Other than that, everything was great and it provided us hassle-free internet connection while on our stay in Tokyo.

The service was very reliable and we never experienced any problems using the pocket WiFi. Setup was easy and returning the device was easy as well.

Worked perfectly. I work from home, and the work continues even when I am traveling. I cannot use unsecured hotel WiFi so when I'm in Japan I hire a pocket WiFi router from Japan Wireless and use it with a VPN so I can access the work server which has a firewall to prevent access from unsecured networks or from overseas. It's a bit slower than when I'm in Australia but otherwise no problems.

It was very easy and worked perfect for us. Also because of the Powerbank that was with it. It was very easy to get it and that we could send it back by post was very easy.

Very convenient and worked exceptionally well no matter what area I was in.

Overall happy with the service and level of customer service.

Rented for about 9 days and I promise you I did not encounter one issue throughout that time. Strong signal even while taking the subways. Battery lasted all day. I’m talking ALL DAY. My days were from 6:00 AM until 11:30 PM while traveling. By the time I’d put it to charge it would be at around 8%.

Thank you Japan Wireless for connecting me to the internet. I honestly wish the store in Haneda for pick up would open earlier around 4:30am. You have multiple flights coming in early and usually there is a line in front of your Kiosk in Terminal 2. Thank you.

Business Wifi worked well for our needs.
