worked very well for our months travels

Worked very well. Easy to install.

The device was delivered to the hotel as requested. Set up was easy with the detailed instructions. Excellent wifi service throughout our stops in Japan. Easy to return through any mail box. Will use again.

Like everything in Japan, the portable WiFi worked and made travel close to effortless. Google maps helped so much, stayed in touch with the US and all made possible by Japan-wireless

I picked up the wifi device at the airport! Super easy to find and used it the entire time during my trip (13 days) and it worked very well the entire time!

Pickup of the package (device, cable, quick charge battery) was quick from the Narita airport counter. Usage was intuitive. Although, WiFi seemed to be available everywhere, we used it during our train travel. I only had to reboot it once. Return was even easier. I appreciated that a Return envelope postage paid was provided. All I had to do was drop it off at the postal counter back at the airport. I would surely rent this again on our next trip to Japan. we had this pocket WiFi for 10 days and it always had good signal and long battery life. We never had to worry about having no signal and were able to use it for anything on our phones. Would definitely buy from here again!
