I used the premium wi-fi for my 10 day stay in Japan and it was great! It does lose battery quick, but if you have something to charge it with you then you are perfectly fine. It worked everywhere that I went, and I went to a few rural places so that is pretty amazing to me.

Loading and using the 5G eSIM on my iPhone was super easy and the data speeds great. Highly recommended.

i was in japan for 10 days and it worked great. there were a couple times it would randomly disconnect but all you have to do is restart it. also i did struggle finding the location (ninja counter in terminal 3) since it was kinda hidden but its right by the elevators! you’ll see a 7/11 and a different wifi shop counter but if u walk a few steps its right there. I also wanna give a psa that i had to return it by mail, but they give you everything to return it with. all you gotta do is drop it in a red mailbox, i found one in a lawsons. don’t believe i saw any at the airport so definitely return it before!

Excellent quality, met all my network needs during my 2 weeks stay in Japan. Please emphasize more though that there is no need to input a code into the pocket WiFi itself because it was very confusing for me at first.

As an international traveler and this being my first trip to Japan, the experience was very smooth and hassle free!

The Wi-Fi puck I rented was easy to connect with and the company provided all necessary accessories in a convenient bag.

it worked flawlessly and allowed my wife and I to stay connected throughout our trip in Japan. Part of our trip included a cruise around Japan and it did not work once offshore more than a few miles. On shore is was perfect.

Vraiment super ! Nous sommes ravies d'avoir choisi ce pocket Wifi. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. La pocket wifi a tenue toute la journée sans avoir besoin de la recharger et franchement légère! La batterie externe au cas ou était un plus! La connexion était très bonne ! Nous l'avons utilisée tous les jours de 8h à 20h, elle nous a permis de passer un super voyage à travers le pays!

We picked up our pocket wifi from Haneda Airport and posted it back at Narita Airport 2 weeks later. It was well worth the money so we could document our travels and connect all of our mobiles to it as a family. We were never without wifi and found it very useful as the wifi around the areas were not so great. Definitely a good spend.
