Everything ok ! We had connection everyday

This was the best thing I rented once I arrived to the airport! So easy to carry along for instant wifi and so easy to return.

Vraiment génial. On a pu naviguer en permanence sur internet pour se guider, trouver les bons transports, les audio-guide pendant tout notre parcours.
De plus un service client irréprochable et la grande simplicité de retour par la boîte au lettre directement dans le hall d'aéroports a Osaka.

We used this product on a recent 2 week trip in Japan. Excellent product, easy pick up and return, thoroughly recommend.

Whenever we are in Japan, we get our pocket WiFis from Japan Wireless. It’s pretty seamless. Once we land, it’s either already at our hotel, or ready for pickup at the airport. We’ve never had connectivity issues and it’s the only provider so far (for us) that doesn’t put a cap on data usage. Returning the device is just as easy, just drop it off outside the airport!

from booking online, receiving at the hotel, daily use to returning… it was all easy and convenient. we saved a lot of money by not using our home phone carrier. would definitely recommend and use again!

Easy to order e sim and excellent 5G coverage

Excellent pocket wifi service! The pocket WiFi I received had incredible battery life. I would turn it on in the morning before leaving the hotel and it would still have 40% battery life when we returned back to our hotel that evening.

My wife and I would connect to it and stay connected all day.

Highly recommend!
