We started in Haneda and traveled Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Nara and Osaka. Family of 4, we were always on wireless and no where did we struggle or the quality dropped. Very impressed with the entire service.

The device came with an extra battery, so long days, we would need to use it or charge it to stay connected.

Overall no complaints, it did its job as promised.

I mostly spent time in the Tokyo prefecture and I had no issues with speed loss or data issues. I will be using their services again when I visit Japan!

For older folks like us, it is the best option without going extra miles to switch SIM card etc for my husband’s phone is not eSIM so it complicated.

It's Perfect for my holidays in Japan

As soon as we picked this thing up, I was skeptical. Speed tests shows about 24mbps down and I worried about this thing getting us through our trip. Wifi was fast and dependable throughout - could stream videos, PvP in games, and more with no issues. The lack of data caps was also nice due to unforeseen game updates 😅 Battery and reception on this thing is killer, too. Only had to recharge it once that I can remember while out and about and we never lost signal even in more rural locations.

Worked very well, except the powering didn't seem to work OR the cord didn't work, I charged it with my own power bank instead of the provided one.

Great option for 2 week holiday in Japan for first time - with family with 4 devices. Communication and collection to use painless. Will seek out to use again next trip!

Easy to use, fast setup. Internet service is reliable and has excellent reception coverage. Will use this service again for future trips
