In my 16 days in Japan, it never caused any problems and the signal was always strong. I used their services twice at this point, and it never disappoints. Recommended!

Overall, it has been a great experience. The connectivity was seamless throughout my stay, and I did not encounter any major issues during SIM usage. This is the second time I’ve chosen Japan Wireless for my trip to Japan, and once again, the service met my expectations. I would definitely consider using Japan Wireless again in the future.

Not the best in terms of weight and battery, but incredibly powerful. Also, pick-up and drop-off strategy was just top.

Has worked flawlessly for entire duration of my trip (14 days). Pickup (just outside Kansai airport) and drop off (at a postbox inside Narita international airport, near check-in counters) were convenient and quick. Charge for the device used to run out after about 6 hrs, but the included power bank was then used for recharging, provided full day service. My use was within city limits, across Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Nagoya and Tokyo.
