Once you find the pickup booth in the airport terminal you land in, it's very easy to pick and immediately get internet. I found that the device lasted me all day and didn't need the additional battery for charging. Drop off was also very easy. Highly recommend this internet option for your travel to Japan.

Very reliable service and I was so happy I made the purchase. Definitely better than my Verizon international feature.

We used this pocket WiFi from Tokyo to Osaka and everywhere in between and never had any issues. Battery lasted all day (with extra battery pack) and always had quick uploads. Pick up and drop off was so easy. Highly recommend!

Happy to use Japan wireless eSim and Prepaid Sim again. Encountered some issues with my prepaid unlimited sim (Apparently if you use more than 3gb per day for 2 days straight, your sim will be slowed down to about 100kbps for 2 days and not reset on next day). I had terrible issues with this and when i request help from Japan Wireless, they resent me a replacement pocket wifi for the rest of my 3 weeks in Japan the next day to my Hotel. It was super quick. That have been working very well and i cannot fault them. Lucky i also bought a 3gb eSim as backup, so i was able to use this as backup in case my unlimited Sim have issues which it did. Japan Wireless is truly good to their customers. I will use Japan Wireless again for my next visit. Thank you

This product is extremely easy to use and reliable. I use it for my remote job and everyday use when traveling to Japan. I've used other company's pocket wifi and would only recommend Japan wireless. Battery life last a long time and always has a strong wifi signal.

No problem at all in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto.

Easy to pick up at HND airport, easy to handle, power for more than 12h, easy to drop (red post poxes). Everythings works perfect!

Worked well during my 10-day work trip. Occasionally would have to switch networks to establish connection but otherwise worked well
