Fantastic! Faster than hotel wi-fi. Used for day trading.

Worked great in the bigger cities and most small cities. On a very few occasions there were some temporary outages but not for long. 4.5 overall.

We loved having the Japan wireless pocket Wi-Fi. It gave us the independence and freedom. We appreciate while traveling throughout Japan.

WiFi worked great almost everywhere. Device was able to withstand whole day without recharging.

Every step was easy, smooth and well prepared. I could everything but recommend this service while traveling Japan!

My wireless fevice was at the hotel when we checked in. It was good to have a secure connection to th internet and wished I kept it longer: the hardest thing was teying to find a red postal box but fortunately there was one across the street from our last hotel.

We Had Problems with the First device, but the Service was excellent and we got the second device very quickly
