Very user friendly service. Good, that a power bank is provided. It's definitely needed when you travel in more rural areas.

Fantastic and cost effective.

Online reservation of the device was quick and easy, price more than ok, excellent value for money. Everything was ready for pick up when we arrived at Narita, the device worked immediately and the WiFi signal was good. Here and there, depending on where you are (tunnel, countryside), the signal might be slower and even drop off, but it’s still quite a rare occurrence. We connected up to 3 devices with no slowing down. Ideally, choose the option with unlimited speed and data. Overall, I would highly recommend this service when in Japan.
