Good coverage , easy to use

Service was great and seamless

I usually don't know my trip to Japan until the last minute but Japan Wireless let me book it even the day before my trip which is convenient. The only thing I noticed was that the price went up a little bit. I wish I could get a coupon code or a discount for next time because I'd like to continue to use Japan Wireless.

Efficient service and excellent product

Coverage was excellent and battery lasted all-day.

Easy to set up, good signal. We would recommend if you travel with friend or families.

Thank you Japan Wireless! The pocket wifi was great. The collection and return process all worked well, our devices all connected to the pocket wifi without any problem, the pocket wifi battery lasted the whole day every day so we never used the spare battery, we never lost coverage. We had seamless data on our mobiles and laptop the whole 25 days we were in Japan. The charger supplied had two USB ports so we used it to charge our mobile phones as well as the pocket wifi. (a note for British visitors: our own 240V / USB charger we took with us from UK didn't work well on the Japanese 100V supply so we relied on the Japan Wireless pocket wifi charger for all our USB charging needs).

Pocket wifi is the best option for travel and very good internet!

I used JP Wireless Pocket WiFi during my trip to Fukuoka from November 1–5, and honestly, it made the trip so much easier. The connection was fast the whole time—steady 4G—and what I loved most is that it was truly unlimited. No slowing down, no throttling, even after using it a lot for maps, videos, and social media.

Another big advantage is that using pocket WiFi doesn’t kill your phone battery the way using mobile data does. I noticed my phone stayed charged longer throughout the day. Plus, I was able to share the connection with multiple devices, which is super convenient if you’re not traveling alone.

Overall, it was reliable, fast, and hassle-free. I’d definitely use JP Wireless again.

First time using Japan Wireless to get an esim for my japan trip. it was a great experience. Setup was simple, just scanned our qr code and the eaim is ready. depending on location you may not get 5g connection, instead you get 4g, but that didn't bother our trip at all.
