I had to extend the rental twice but the process was super easy!

Hotspot works perfectly every trip we take. Love that they include a power bank to make sure it lasts all day. Pick up and drop off is super easy as well.

Very good connectivity throughout our stay in Japan.

How could anyone give a bad review? Super fast internet. Good connection everywhere we went in Japan. I cannot think of a time when we didn't have good internet, including a Nozomi trip from Fukuoko to Tokyo. Cuts off in tunnels, but they were so brief as to be unnoticeable. Only complaint, and it's a whiny little bitch one, is that the pickup was way across the terminal from the arrival gate.

From ordering online to having the portable Wifi delivered to my Hotel to returning it in the postage paid envelope, the service provided was excellent. Precise instructions were enclosed and easy to follow.
