Japan Wireless pocket Wi-Fi has provided reliable and fast internet access throughout our travels. The connection was always seamless. We never encountered any issues with slow speeds or dropped connections, making it the perfect solution for staying connected on the go.

Excellent service, we were connected the whole time in Osaka, Kyoto and Nara. Great value for money.

Great service, easy pickup/drop off. Had an episode of the device loosing charge, sent an email to customer support, got a response with helpful advice within minutes. Highly recommended. Will use it again!

I was wondering why the SIM card was so much cheaper compared to similar ones advertised by other companies. I thought perhaps the service would be lacking but I didn't experience any issues during my time using it. Pick up at the hotel was easy and I had no problems with connectivity or speeds. Would use Japan Wireless again for SIM cards.

Worked well. Had a few minor issues, but was able to resolve them myself.

Rented from Japan Wireless many times. 2 sets since my wife goes off on her own sometimes. I use my set for my laptop & Apple phone ... don't always trust hotel & never trust public wifi. Wife uses her I Phone frequently to look up things & send photos to sister & family. Delivery to hotel & easy mail drop off.

Got full coverage everywhere I was in Japan, had no worries in worrying about running out of data or connecting to wifi

Device was waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived. Return with provided packaging was very easy. Supported [3] smartphones and [3] laptops with no problem. Battery life was excellent. Very happy with the service

Friends used other services and had spotty reception. I not once had any issues and spent ten days using Pokémon Go.

L'appareil est pratique et léger, facilement transportable. Il se décharge assez rapidement mais la batterie de rechange fournie permet de tenir une longue journée sans avoir besoin d'une prise.
La connexion est rapide et efficace. Pas de "bug".
