Easy to order and to use. We got it delivered to our hotell and activated it within a minute. Returned the wifi at Haneda AirPort in a mailbox when we left. Very smoothie and convenient. Next time we will order two since we are five in the family. Its tjena easier to split up. I recommend bring your own battery charger even though one is included, just in case.

I've rented from Japan Wireless the past 3-4 times that I've traveled to Japan. I find this to be much better than paying for service through my US carrier. The rates are very reasonable. Looking forward to renting on my next visit.

Easy to pick up at the airport, easy to connect. One more battery in the package. The pocket wifi was very useful and the battery was enough for 1 day, and the connexion was very good.
Easy to bring back. Thank you

Great performance after loading esim never had any problem while using Esim

I had this pocket Wifi for 3 weeks, worked well from Hakodate to Kagoshima. I think it is a good deal for people travelling in a group.

Worked wonderfully for the 2 weeks I was in Japan. Convenient to pick up at hotel and drop off in hotel mailbox

thank you very much

Used this when I was in Japan.

As always great service by Japan-Wireless. Delivered to our hotel & convenience of being able to post at Kansai Airport prior our departure home.
Thank-you!
