We were very satisfied with the portable wifi! It was very easy to rent online and pick up at the airport. It saved us money on our mobiles, too. Highly recommend!

This may be my 5th time using Japan Wireless and I am always so happy to use the service for my wifi needs in Japan! always arrives. at the hotel ready for me to pick up and the return envelope is easy to do. Thank you and look forward to next time.

I collect the card at the Airport. Very fast and easy. Everything was great, good and fast connection. Raccomanded!

The portable WiFi complete with carrying pouch and charger was delivered to my hotel where it was waiting for me when I arrived. The device was easy to use and set-up and a pre-paid envelope was provided for me to send it back. Would highly recommend.
