I couldn't fault this service. Internet available everywhere.
Very small modem, doesn't take up any space at all.

Great speed and signal, great battery life as well as a complimentary power bank. Customer service clear and quick responding. Will use again.

Loved the customer service. Loved the device. Sadly, the battery is very weak and it needs to be charged often. Even using the spare battery, it does not last all day. Aside from that, I loved it all. Thank you!

Japan Wireless pocket WiFi worked great everywhere ( in Tokyo, Yokohama, Kyoto and Osaka) . It was Business plan + free power bank and kind of unlimited internet connection. One pocket wife devices can share/ give Wi-Fi connection for 5 cellphones, it was convenience but cellphones have to be near person who cares pocket wifi device. Thank you very much Japan Wireless for reliable internet!

Product was great overall. Really liked the convenience. The extra battery pack is super helpful. The charger plug on the WiFi unit was very loose and it wasn’t always charging.

The data SIM gave me 100% coverage during my 7 weeks in Honshu and Shikoku.

The internet connection was great. Only downside is need to constantly recharge unit but mobile recharge battery helps. Talking to others who had eSIM sounds like we had a better connection especially when further out as in Okinawa.

Highly recommended very easy to set up, great service, we relied heavily on this whilst navigating around Japan
