Excellent coverage and service

Very good and handy

The pocket WiFi device worked flawlessly. We didn’t need the external battery but it was nice to have just in case. Returning via the mailing envelope supplied was easy and convenient. Thank you for keeping us connected in Japan.

Setup was confusing, but after that it worked perfect!

NICE INTERNET SPEED

Terrific service the people at the kiosk was so friendly and curious about me because I’m a foreigner lol everything was so simple to set up, my connected saved me a lot of times during my short trip and the battery life was great too! Will purchase again next time I’m around.

Once picking up our pocket wifi kit we never had any issues with internet in almost 3 weeks and we took it everywhere. Highly recommended.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars was due to the fact that one of the power banks never worked - so I used my own to keep the wifi powered - that was the only thing that was disappointing. We didn't know who to tell or what to do.
Drop off at the airport was super convenient and effortless.
Overall, we highly recommend this service.
