Very easy to use and not expensive

I use & rely on Japan Wireless every time I travel to Japan.

From the ease of ordering, to usage and return the process was made seamless and it’s evident the customer experience was paramount concern. When I return to Japan, Japan-wireless is my go to companion and I HIGHLY recommend!! Arigato!!

WiFi works everywhere. We traveled to Okinawa, Sapporo and works perfect on each place.

This WiFi was incredibly helpful throughout our trip! This is the second time we've used it on a multiweek trip to Japan. It held its charge so so well and made traveling super easy. We were never worried about not having service or being unable to navigate. Will use again for our next trip:)

it worked but we got a problem at the end of the stay who got solved after contacting the customer service.
It was a nice experience anyway.

We looked online and did a bit of research. This one seemed to be the best deal for us. We were planning on a two week holiday and wanted to be able to use our phones without getting huge bills and to use our laptop etc. It is a small lightweight gadget that just works! It never let us down and we travelled from Tokyo - Kyoto - Nara - Fukuoka - Kagoshima - Hiroshima - Osaka and back to Tokyo over 2 weeks, worked the entire time. Switch phone to aeroplane mode (I switched off data too, just to be sure) and they worked all the time and no extra charges. We used both our phones and our laptop with it and had no problems at all. If you are travelling here and thinking of using this - DO IT! Collect at the airport on arrival and drop off in a post box by the check in desk BEFORE YOU GO THROUGH SECURITY and that is it!!

so convenient and comes with a portable charger. the sim wifi sometimes can be inconsistent but i never had any issues with this pocket wifi device, even in subways.
