easy, convenient and service setup with the hotel and easy to use!

Bought an eSim for the first time after always using the Portable Wifi. Great products both, but the eSim is so much more easy in it's use!

This pocket Wi-Fi worked perfectly! I highly recommend it. Returning it was super convenient—you can drop it off at any red box.

Very good service all along our trip in japan

Great service! We only found that we had poor service in very remote areas, otherwise the service was perfect! It was so easy to set up, the battery lasted all day before needing to be recharged and it was really easy to post it back in the airport.
The only negative is that I requested a Friday delivery to my friends house and they attempted delivery in Thursday whilst he was still at work. He then had to bike an hour out of his way to collect.
