The internet has been reliable for the most part. There were times when it was slow but it occurred in remote/crowded areas which is understandable.

Great to use and portable. Would recommend.

This product worked flawlessly in every part of the country we visited. Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Osaka. Battery lasted the entire day from early morning to late evening on a single charge. Great product, great value.

Japan Wireless's wifi service continues to deliver dependable, quality service. I've been using their service since 2022 and have never been disappointed. The coverage is excellent.

I had a minor issue initially as I tried to activate the SIM card during the network maintenance period. However, once that was resolved, it worked perfectly at the expected speed and for the entire planned duration. Great service overall!

The signal strength was good throughout my travels. Only thing is that they deactivate on the previous day of the return at 11:59pm, so you won’t be able to use the WiFi on the day of return.
