We were very satisfied with our three weeks of Japan Wireless service. It was helpful to have the addition of a charger so there was never a worry about the device losing power. Our connection was good wherever we traveled.

Convenient and easily fits in my pouch, the Wi-Fi hotspot was very strong and reliable in cities and rural areas -the only exception was in subway locations. It had decent battery life, lasting all day before needing to charge. I would use it again if I go to Japan in a group.

Always use Japan Wireless portable WiFi when we go to Japan. It is easy to carry around and have multiple devices on it.

Such an easy process to collect, use and then return. I would recommend to anyone going to Japn, especially groups or families sticking together.

This was my second time using Japan Wireless and can say that each time, the whole process of ordering, receiving and returning the wifi has been extremely simple. Speed and connection was reliable. The only issue I had this time was the adapter cable in the package did not work at all so I had to use one of my own from another device I was carrying. Otherwise, no complaints.

Excellent. We did not had any problem using the pocket wifi. Easy to use with complete stuffs.

Easy to receive the unit once I arrived at Haneda. Worked immediately. Later had a power issue. They quickly replaced it for me. Dropped off in the mailbox at the airport before flying home. Very convenient. I would trust their service again. Thanks!

I availed of the same day delivery option for a pocket wifi. I received an urgent email advising me of the situation that the unit cannot be delivered on my requested time. My order was put on hold until I send confirmation of the alternative delivery time. Very quick & professional after-sales customer service. My refund was also processed within a reasonable period.
