We used this pocket wifi throughout our trip from Osaka/Kyoto to Takayama, Matsumoto, Nagano and back to Tokyo. We had no problems with connections or service. Would highly recommend and definitely will rent again!

I would recommend and use them again.

I have used Japan wireless premium wifi 3 times and have travelled all over Japan and have not had any problems with dropouts or non serviced areas.
The company is easy to deal with and the whole process is smooth.
Can definitely recommend them for your travel needs and will use them again in the future.

During our 2 week stay in Japan, this pocket wifi always worked where ever we went! Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto it never lost a signal and it gave us good speed when looking up maps or browsing the web. I would use this again when I come back to Japan!

Excellent connection

Recently traveled to Japan from US. Phone is locked and was unable to get a SIM card. Was nervous about getting pocket wifi but worked great! Never had any connection issues. Battery life would last all day, just plug in over night. And extra external battery is included. Would def get this again, when traveling.

Made traveling very easy. Delivered to the hotel and I dropped it off at the airport. Strong wifi. Have to carry the device + the power bank, but I didn’t find that an issue for the quality of the WiFi and the price.

Excellent product. Worked as expected.
