Excellent service, wifi everywhere, very good speed. New equipment, sufficient autonomy for the day, but an additional battery is provided. We are very satisfied.

This super reliable little box meant we were permanently online on our first visit to Japan last month. With all the complex travel arrangements it was essential we had access to Google maps, and we were never let down by our little friend! Excellent product.

I used the Japan Wireless portable wifi during a three week trip to Japan. It was excellent. I only ran out of power once and
That was because I forgot to charge it the night before. It didn’t matter because it comes with a portable battery so I charged it while I was using it during the day.
It was delivered to my hotel so I got it when I arrived. It was very easy to send back at the airport in the provided envelope.
I would really recommend this product, especially if you are relying on google maps to find your way around.

Great service! I used it for my 10 day trip in Tokyo and Kyoto and it was very easy to use and the network was fairly fast (not as fast at my phone but still).

Wonderful mobile router for my group of 4. Quick connections. Fast download speed. With the provided extended battery, we have no issues with connection throughout the day.

Easy online ordering and device was delivered to our hotel which we picked up upon our arrival. The provided envelope for returning the device made it easy before we went to the airport.
