A reliable wifi for rent. We stay connected even on unfamiliar locations. The return process was easy by just dropping it at post office box at the airport.

I used the wifi for my 2 week trip across Japan and never had issues with reliability. There were only 2 instances during my trip where I had to restart the pocket wifi because it was stuck in a weird state and couldn't connect to any Internet. Overall I'm very glad I went with this pocket wifi over the other options that were available.

First time in Japan and it worked great for me.

Ordered pocket wifi to out Hotel in Tokyo and it came the next morning. Super easy and convenient for our 2 week trip in Japan. It comes with a return envelope and easy instruction on how to mail it back. We dropped it at the post box at the before before going through security. We will use you again for our next trip back

We used this pocket wifi on our 14 day Japan trip and had no issues at all. Picked up when we arrived at Haneda airport after going through customs.

Internet was very reliable and fast, and it also came with a battery bank, power adapter and charging cable. We never ran out of power and we were using it all day for Google maps, video calls and Netflix.

When you're leaving Japan, you pack it into the included post paid envelope and drop it in any mailbox (there are plenty at Haneda airport).

Highly recommend.

Worked perfectly my entire trip!

The pocket WI-FI made our travel in Tokyo a breeze! The service from Japan Wireless was seamless from order, to pickup, to final dropoff, instructions were clear and easy to follow. We will use this service again.

Easy to use and very practical. Good internet signal. Lost connection or was slow a few times. Take your own power bank, don't depend on what is sent for free, it didn't work when I needed it. Other than that, it's really nice to have!
