I received the device within 24 hours to my hotel the process was easy and I would definitely rent a pocket Wi-Fi.

We encountered no problems with the product. We were always confident that even with heavy usage, Japan wireless provided us with the backup battery power source, if needed.

This was easy to install and worked well.

Rented pocket wifi for 3 weeks from Japan Wireless for a recent trip. Used it daily (throughout Tokyo and Kyushu) and never had any issues - so, so useful for Google Maps and navigating. 10/10 recommend!

Our first WiFi device battery only lasted one hour on a full charge so we contacted Japan Wireless and they sent a replacement next day. New unit battery lasted all day, good WiFi reception in Tokyo and travel to Matsumoto. We shared one WiFi device with 3 phones. Great service at a very reasonable price.
