Pick up and return was seamless. Rates are reasonable. I did have issues with dropped signal and had to change networks often

This rental worked flawlessly! It was waiting at our hotel as expected and the unit came fully charged with a battery pack that was also fully charged. During the rental period, we only had to use the battery pack once. We were amazed that we unit worked even when we were in long tunnels!

I had this booked for my recent trip to Japan, and it was incredibly easy to pick up at Narita Airport. It was also super easy to drop off at the airport when I was leaving. The wifi was amazing, and I had no issues using it, we had great connection wherever we went. I would be happy to use it again when I come back to Japan again.

Efficient and understanding administrative support by staff was outstanding.

Used Japan wireless the last few years to Japan and their prices are competitive. I was able to use a coupon code to bring down the price as well. I have no problems with the network as it works almost all the time. The only thing for first time users might have a problem finding the place since there are other carriers in the same vicinity. Their booth is basically a closet. Mailing back WiFi is easy since they are at the airport. I’ll be using their service next time i go back for sure.
