Delivered on time and activated immediately, no problems at all

We got this for our 2 weeks trip to Japan. Worked flawlessly. Easy pick up at hotel and drop off at post box at airport. We ran into no issues at all. The unit did heat up a little bit if you have it in your backpack all day. Would use again when we travel to Japan!

I had no problems with Japan wireless, great wifi service throughout my 16 days there. Thank you!

We have been renting the pocket wifi every time we visit Japan. It was reliable fast and indispensable for our visit. We will definitely use for our next visit.

These Japan wireless pocket Wi-Fi were awesome for our trip to Japan. The speeds were really good and they worked everywhere we went. The supplemental charger was great.

Prompt delivery at the hotel. Prompt notification that the device has been received after use.

We experienced 14 days of Flawless, reliable, fast internet service when travelling with my family across Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto.
Great delivery and return service. They provided me with the router, charger and a powerbank to ensure we had internet on the go, throughout the day. Very compact, convenient to carry device. Very impressed.
Will always use their service anytime we plan on visiting Japan again.

Worked really good and the service wasn’t lagging. Glad I had a small bookbag to carry and the charger. The battery rarely got low while i was out but overall very satisfied with the pick up, service and drop off process.

An indispensable travel companion, good signal in every location that we visited. Easy to return last day at the airport.

I used Japan Wireless already 3 times and it always worked perfectly for me, no set up issues at all and I will use it on my upcoming trip.
