Worked great! Had some trouble adding the eSIM at first, but a phone reboot fixed issues. Network was fast and reliable. iPhone 13 Pro Max.

So easy to use and set up, and a very smooth process to collect and deposit. Information provided on website and emails were clear and reliable. The device lasted pretty much the whole day, and had good coverage even in more rural areas. The only downside is the powerpack having poor input, but I just used my own.

Used WiFi unit for 21 days from Tokyo to Kyoto to Osaka to Nara to Kanazawa to Mt Fuji to Hakone to Kamakura to Yokohama. Seamless coverage. With included power pack, never ran out of power.

No hassle with your internet usage while exploring Japan.

Reliable wifi, easy pick up and return, value for money. Only downside is the battery pack included seems to be faulty and not able to charge it when the battery gets low so we used our own. But aside from that overall good! Can connect up to 10 devices which is great for big groups. Will book this again when I come back to Japan!

Using esim. The service have the great coverage and have no problem browsing using data. Unfortunately, it does not able to turn on hotspot to share data.

Definitely prefer over e-sim. Reliable and having available wifi at anytime made solo travel efficient
