Prompt service with zero problems.
My WiFi was ready for pick up when I landed in Narita, no wait at pick up, good connection.
Would definitely recommend and use again when in Japan.

Always were i get pocket wifi when going to japan! The convenirnce is superb! Customer service is superb!

The Pocket Wifi worked very well without any problems. I even traveled in the mountains and had no problem with the internet connection.

Every time I order my WiFi, it will be in my mailbox the day I arrive in Japan, though the date I ask for it is the next day. I really appreciate getting it the day before.

I come to Japan several times a year… I have used other wireless services and have had nothing but problems… Then I discovered Japan Wireless… per the instructions, I wait till I get to the hotel and then buy the wireless service from Japan Wireless that I require. I just take a snapshot of the QR code that is sent to me, and I’m connected!! Very simple and reliable every time… I will only use Japan Wireless that!! Excellent service! We had uninterrupted internet throughout our entire trip. Four of us used it, and everything was very easy. We rented the device online and picked it up at the airport without any problems. Finally, we returned it to the airport post office in the envelope that comes with the package. It's easy to use, and above all, they have the best prices. We will definitely use this service again because it's efficient and fast.
