Perfect service! Fast connection! I recommend it!

I rented this recentlt when I went to Japan for a vacation. I picked it up after I got cleared with Immigration and Customs and got my luggage. Easy to to setup and came with it’s own battery pack. Charged it every night when I get to the hotel. It came with a return envelope and instructions so you I was able to drop it off Haneda airport post office boxes before I checked in my luggages. The airport has it’s own wifi you can use. Very good experience. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless during our recent trip to Tokyo, Hakone and Kyoto. We travelled as a family of 4 with multiple devices, we always had a connection and good internet speeds and the process from placing our order to collection at the airport on arrival to drop off at a post box on departure was seem less. Highly recommend and we’d definitely book with Japan Wireless again!

Easy to buy and fast connection

I chose this option for my Wifi requirements. Everything went well, the hotspot and other accessories were shipped to my hotel in time. It was easy to use and reliable. Returning the items has been easy, there was many mailboxes at Narita airport. I recommend this service to anybody visiting Japan.
