It was my first time using Japan Wireless on my trip. I ordered it online and picked it up at the airport. The package/instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I was able to connect to it really fast. I had great coverage and battery life everywhere that I went on my trip, even in the subways! It was light and easy to carry around, and didn’t take up a lot of space in my bag which was a plus! The only hiccup on signal that I experienced on my trip was in the Nara Park area, but everywhere else was solid. Battery life was good, and I appreciated the extra power adapter provided as well. I would usually switch to my hotel WiFi whenever I was there, to conserve/charge the battery. Also, returning the pocket WiFi was pretty easy as well. You just use the envelope provided to you, and drop it into any mailbox. I was in a rush to my flight home so I dropped mine off at a mailbox inside the airport :) I had a bit of trouble locating the mailbox inside the airport (Narita), but luckily a representative at an information kiosk guided me to the right area and all was well :) I would highly recommend Japan Wireless. Great service, great battery life, easy instructions, and affordable for my 14-day stay! Thank you so much :)

So easy to pickup at the airport, and very simple instructions to use. Very easy to return also in the self addressed envelope.

This service is extremely reliable. When charged fully the wifi should last you to the end of the day. It worked for two devices that I had linked up. Would highly recommend for anyone that doesn’t want to use ESIM. Pickup and drop off is super easy. Make sure to book on website in advance.

Very dependable and easy to pick up and drop off

The pocket wifi was easily picked up from airport, easy to set up and use. The return to the airport was also convenient.

Would highly recommend - was at hotel before I arrived, easy to package up and return. Worked a treat all the way through Japan, everyone could connect and use it

Easy to pick up. Fast service the whole trip. Love the charging pack too, which helped for my phone and the WiFi.

I have been customer of Japan Wireless for almost 3 years I live in Japan. The device works well, great speed, and every time I send an email to the staff, they always very helpful and kind.

Best tool for our trip

Instructions are easy to understand, prices are reasonable, and it works!
