easy to purchase, very efficient and reliable, I never had any problems. The procedures to get it at the airport and then to ship it at the end of my holiday were straightforward and very well described by the emails they sent me.

Excellent I would say. Very prompt in solving problems if any and their unit works flawless any where. They are the best and very convenient for us to carry the unit and no interruptions the our wireless connections. I would recommend to anyone visiting japan

Japan wireless worked with us to be able to get our pocket WiFi. It was a last minute order that we knew we wouldn’t be able to pick up at the airport due to a connection arrival time but I thought we could receive at the hotel. Due to my last minute booking it wouldn’t arrive until the next day which we were planning to check out of the hotel to go to a relatives house, so Japan wireless worked with us so that we could receive it at the house instead. Everything worked out great and at the day/time expected. During the trip, the pocket WiFi did stop working suddenly so I reached out to them and they responded immediately on how to restart it and what to do if it still doesn’t work. Excellent service and would recommend them.

The Wi fi worked perfectly and the device lasted all day! Much better than the last time we rented this device

The speed was not so satisfactory but the customer support team assisted me always as much as possible and tried to solve the problem.
