I've been using Japan wireless for my trips to Japan, very dependable service to have the router delivered to the hotel, easy to use when making reservations.

Easy to used well organised

This was my second time using Japan wireless when visiting Japan. The booking, collection, and drop-off of the pocket Wi-Fi was extremely easy but the best feature is the ability to book unlimited wireless for the length of your stay - rather than being locked into a set plan. Connectivity is great and I had no issues wherever I went. I would highly recommend as an option for solo travelers or a small group as more than one person can connect to the Wi-Fi.

They offered a very clear and straightforward pickup and drop off process at the Narita airport, which I found super easy to navigate as 1st time travel to Japan who doesn’t know Japanese. I was debating whether to get pocket wifi or a eSim and I am glad I did the right decision, wifi just gives much more flexibility and stability especially when you at the hotel that you want to watch a lot of videos. Just one thing is that don’t ever forget to drop the package before you enter the security checkpoint when departing, but there is a mailbox just right next to the security check entrance at Narita. Will definitely use them again.

Everything was easy, pocket wifi lasted all day. Only negative was that the power bank didn't seem to work.

Always such a great option when travelling with family. Even worked well in more remote areas.

Easy pick-up, set up, return and best of all, it delivers good connection all the time!

This made navigating Japan easy. I was able to make calls and receive calls from home. I was able to navigate the train and bus routes. I dont think I could have done it without Japan wireless, it is a must!
