I would recommend leaving the wifi router on always till it dies i dont know y but the battery lasted longer on then off

Well organized, easy to setup, broad band wifi with you everywhere. Airport pick up (Tokyo) and return (via postbox, Osaka), also well explained. Even a power bank is part of the package.
It was our great travel companion for two weeks.
Outstanding service, I recommend it by heart if you want to be online.

Always good connection and battery lasting long time

This was a great service. Easy to set up and use immediately with no fuss. It saved lots of money on roaming charges for me and I would certainly use again.

This worked better than I expected. The pick up was easy at the airport. We were a group of 5 and could all connect to the wifi without difficulties. This worked great for google translate and google maps. Dropping it off at the airport was easy. Will definitely use this again.

Easy to pickup at KIX and easy return via post box. Fast, reliable and stable connection. Long lasting battery with available powerbank.

Internet connection was excellent throughout our stay in Japan, from Tokyo to Nagoya and Osaka. Website is very informative and provides easy to follow instructions. Customer service were very responsive and courteous. Will definitely rent again on future trips to Japan. Highly reccommend JapanWireless if looking for pocket WiFi during their visit in Japan.

First wifi device was not charging, went to their office and they quickly exchanged it for a working one. Very helpful customer service and will use again on next trip.

The wifi unit worked exactly as expected with reliable wifi and good battery life. Pick ups and return process was very easy.
