easy pickup at the airport and drop-off at any mailbox. fast and stable connection, and quick to respond customer service every time. i've been to Japan 6 times and have always availed of the Japan Wireless pocket wifi because I am always satisfied with the service. thank you!

Affordable and reliable

Rented a pocket WiFi online before leaving the States and Japan Wireless delivered it to my hotel; it was waiting for me when I checked-in (^_^) Performance was solid during my trip in Tokyo and Gora, Hakone. Returned before security at the airport. Great option for those without an eSIM option or international plan. Make sure to turn phone to airplane mode during use or else you may be charged by your carrier for roaming (>_<)

All time internet in good connection with high speed

No issues with receiving and returning process. Very good connection overall except a few times, but nothing resetting didn’t fix. I didn’t have to share WiFi with my family this time, and hoping we’ll have a same good experience when I share WiFi with my fam in June. We’re coming back! :)
