Two times and both amazing.

I had an excellent experience using the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. There were no issues with connectivity. I highly recommend Japan Wireless.

Convenient return options, clear instructions, reasonable price for my 18 day trip. Would use again!!

service is always reliable. package was waiting for me and easy to return

We arrived in Tokyo with an evening flight. The wi-fi device was already at the reception of our hotel. The return was very easy in the box at the Osaka Airport.
Perfect service. We recommend it.

Easy to collect and return.
No connection problems or difficulties using the wifi router.
With the extra battery, you'll last all day.

Renting the pocket Wi-Fi was convenient and setting up the device was effortless. I felt confident and safe on my trip because I could easily communicate with my family back home.

Convenient and available at the last minute!
I booked a pocket WiFi when I was leaving Paris. We did it at the last minute and finding an available one the day after was difficult (probably due to the period - 5 April)
We received an external battery but only used it once. The rest of the time the battery of the pocket WiFi istself was enough for an entire day of walking.
Easy to start and easy to return with the prepaid enveloppe.
I recommend this service!

We booked online. Pick up was easy. The battery survived the whole day for 10 days. The connection is awesome. Easy to return too. Highly recommended.

Overall it was good but slowed down quite a bit at the end of the day
