My son, a frequent traveler to Japan, recommended Japan Wireless on my recent trip to Fukuoka. Comparing prices, it was the cheapest and it came with a 20% discount. Data was unlimited and had no daily cap. Booking and paying was all done online even with only two days before my scheduled trip. Best part is that Japan Wireless allowed for deliver to my hotel and return was just as easy as I dropped the items off (using the self-stamped return pouch it came with) at a Japan post mailbox at the airport on the day of my departure flight. Good thing I took up my son's recommendation. Will definitely use Japan wireless again.

Very good service. The box was directly delivered to our hotel in Tokyo. For the return, it's also very easy: you just have to mail the box at the airport within the given envelop (already stamped). Secured online payment; one of the best offers available in Japan for WIFI boxes. The network was efficient too. I recommend 100%.

I have use their service a few times, mostly pocket wifi. This time I used the 7 days prepaid sim for the first time. For the first 5 days, it was amazing. I didn't experience much drop in the service. The 6th day, the service started to drop and unable to load anything. I have to get another card as I was on the move. I am wondering if their was a data limit or other reason that cause this issue.
Overall the service has be amazing for the price. I will use this service again maybe not use too data the next time.
