It was absolutely essential to have portable WiFi during our trip to Japan. I had to reboot it 4 times in the 2 weeks I had it. And I was surprised how little time the device would hold charge. I had it connected to the portable charger all the time.
Overall I’m very happy having your device in Japan. I would definitely get it again on my next trip.

This is a service i can recommend, the premium wifi is a great way to explore Japan. When you have questions their customer service is there for you.

We a family of 4 adults needed a wifi all through the travel within Japan and the Pocket Wifi from Japan wireless was excellent. The customer service response for all queries were prompt and the instructions were good.

Pickup and Airport drop off was very convenient. It ensured I had internet access as soon as I landed until I was departing.
