Very easy pick up and drop off - directions were straightforward. I will definitely use Japan Wireless when I come back to Japan later this year!

Great service: easy, fast and reliable. Love the fact that the pocket wifi came with a charger and pocket battery pack as well and the battery pretty much lasted the entire day.

The "Pocket Wifi" worked perfectly beyond my expectations. Connection was great in any place and we rapidly forgot that access to the web could have been a problem.

We never had a time when the poket wife wasn't working. Our life saver on this 5 week trip to Japan! Really easy to install and connect, will buy again! Thank you!

Easy to order, delivered on time to my hotel on arrival, easy to mail back at the end of the service. This complete wifi package provided me full wifi coverage 24/7 while visiting the country. Strongly recommended!

Trustworthy, fast, professional, great service and flawless WiFi during our 2 weeks stay in Japan. The battery of the router could’ve been better. The helpdesk however, gave us clear instructions how to deal with potential problems and offered to replace the battery if needed. Problems were solved by the tip from the service team.

I used this pocket wifi to travel in Osaka and Kyoto. I feel this pocket wifi is must-have item because Know the area in Japan and I can't speak Japanese. This one is very useful to use Google map to find the area want to go. Thanks Japan Wireless.
