Booking online was easy and straightforward. If your looking to be connected and have plenty of internet access while traveling through Japan, its a must. Very handy and did not fail us with wifi while travelling. Easy pick up and drop-off (return) instructions as well. We will definitely rent our wifi here again.

The pocket wifi was essential for our Japan trip, that we could have reliable internet everywhere we went at a reasonable price. Easy airport pickup and drop off and did not need to be recharged - although there was also a spare battery included. Not hard to set up. Would highly recommend.
